Depending on your budgets and needs, we can agree on a continued level of support which is measured in days or deliverables on a monthly basis. You might find this interesting too: Why hire a fractional marketing director? over on the blog.
Beginning with a review of recent activity, I will put together a plan of activity for the forthcoming months. We then agree on the outputs every month whilst reviewing the progress against your business and marketing objectives.
Having worked in many small startup marketing teams, I have a vast knowledge of the 'nuts and bolts' of marketing. I can apply my skills in content and copy, digital marketing, website build and digital advertising to help your company grow. Where necessary, we can also bring in the right freelancers to help deliver on the plan.
A full-stack marketer, or marketing generalist has a broad knowledge of different marketing practices. The advantage for early-stage startups of taking on a full-stack marketer is their ability to see the bigger picture as well as execute specific tactics, meaning you have a focused marketing team in one.
See above, they need to be a generalist and have had a broad range of experience in different marketing practices. There's no one size fits all so every startup will need its own strategy and marketing activities for growth.
With my broad knowledge of areas such as digital marketing, SEO, content, paid ads, organic socials, websites and branding, I always say I can get you 80% of the way which is often more than enough. If you want to get to 95% in a certain area then we'll find a specialist to help.

Marketing is all about bringing leads in and converting them to sales. But sometimes, it's not always about bringing more leads in if they're not very good quality. I find that the most effective way is to focus on one area first.
For example, your website is converting well but you don't have enough traffic, so let's work on that. You many be getting loads of in-bound leads but they're all unsuitable - which means we have to improve your brand's targeting and positioning. Or even, your founder profile on LinkedIn might not be getting enough engagement so we can concentrate on that initially - it all depends!
